In the course of responding to questions or requests for information from prospective or current Clients or Agents, we invite you to provide information about yourself or your organization and your commercial real estate needs.
In the case of prospective Agents, the information we collect may be limited to personal contact information and employment / transactions history that may be included as part of a resumé. At or just prior to joining our firm as an Independent Contractor, we may also require banking information, health / medical information, various government and regulatory information such as HST registration number, Social Insurance Number, Drivers License number, Criminal Record check, RECO and TREB registration numbers or certificates and any other information we deem necessary and that you agree to provide voluntarily, for hiring purposes.
As a prospective client, we ask you to provide contact information and general details of your commercial real estate needs. As part of the process for engaging us to represent you in the sale, purchase or lease of real estate or an active business, we work with you to prepare a comprehensive Needs Assessment which may contain information of a more confidential or more sensitive nature which you agree to provide voluntarily.
We use the information that you voluntarily provide to send you marketing materials or details of properties or services that you have requested, to complete any assignments or services that we have agreed to provide, and/or to establish or maintain Client and Agent relationships.
